You own a 81 ford f150 4x4 you are trying to replace the wheel bearings and you can no buy any that fit they all look the same but are 001 to small is there a different wheel bearing that you need to?

Take the old bearing out, take it to a bearing shop. They can look it up. If they are .001" too small, you may have to get a new hub. The only other thing would be a metric bearing. Look and see where the truck was made. You could also use green lock tight to fill the gap and secure the bearing.
