First, remove your rear wheel. Remove the hub center dust cap by prising it off, be careful as it is reused. The outer edge of the hub retaining bolt underneath has been punched inwards at the keyway - use a punch or other tool to drive this back outwards. Remove the hub retaining bolt (this is a large size and will require a 3/4" drive socket set) while keeping the handbrake on. **You can also do this with the wheel on if the bolt is tight to provide more stability and to ensure the car doesn't fall off the jack. Just remember not to take the bolt all the way off before you jack the car up and remove the wheel and drum.** Now pull out the key behind the bolt, let the handbrake off and the rear drum and hub bearing should come off easily. Refitting is the opposite of removal, be sure to use a new hub retaining bolt, which should be supplied with the bearing. Also, torque the new bolt to the manufacturers specification.
take off wheel bearing, put new one on, drink beer, repeat
The bearings are an integrel part of each wheel hub. You are looking at big bucks to put in new ones. The brake sensors are also part of the hub; when the sensor fails you must replace the hub and bearing too.
Depends on the shop, but it's definitely not a DIY job. Call around.
