first you must remove the fuel tank, disconnect the fuel pump and fuel level sending unit wiren and the ground strap, all hoses and fuel lines. lower the tank and remove from under blazer. be sure to clean off top of tank... there is a lock ring on top of tank at the fuel line connections gently tap the camlock counter clockwise (with a piece of wood or brass punch to prevent any sparks) tap tabs until they line up with the recesses of tank, then gently lift fuel pump/fuel sending unit out of tank being careful not to damage the fuel level sending unit... to install reverse of this

You can replace Chevy Blazer 1997 and similar models with BMW's 7 series rims, and vis versa. I had 740IL rims from my cousins car on my Chevy 1997 Blazer 4x4 for 3 years and they worked great. I can only assume the brake parts on the GM cars are German made components, and this was why. No need to modify anything. They go right on and are a perfecr fit.
