After you remove the calipers, they should just come off with a slight tug. If not, then apply penetrating oil around the seam of where the hub and rotor meet, replace the lug nuts- just a few threads, and then tap on the rotor gently with a hammer to help free the rust.
first remove the wheel then you need to remove the two bolts on the back of the brake caliper(this is what holds your brake pads in place) after you have the caliper off be careful to not just let it hang as you could damage the line use a bungy cord to hold it up out of the way now you just pull or smack the rotor off it is not held in place by anything, the caliper and wheel hold it in place and now that they are off it is free it might be hard to break loose because of heat and corrosion but just give it a wack from the back with a rubber mallet and it will come free.
After you have ut some blocks or big rocks behind the rear tires and have jacked up the front endand taken the tire off. You would want to take off the bottom screw that holds the brake pads together. Next take out 2 screws that hold a bracket that fits around the rotor. All that is left to do is take those locking washers off of the bolts (I used a flat head) and hit it with a hammer, rubber hammer if you have 1.

tdc means top dead center, and it refers to the pistons in the engine. this refers to all cars, not just an elantra
Yes, as long as it's not warped or anything. The rotors on my cars are also smooth & not warped and I've never turned the rotors in 140,000 miles. Some people turn the rotors as a matter of fact.
If they are warped, they need to be turned, if they are groved, they need to be turned. If they are glazed, they need to be turned. In general, if you are working on the brakes, they need to be turned. If they are too thin (not wide enough across) to be turned, they need to be replaced. Many newer rotors are not thick enough to be turned, so you just replace them every time you replace the brakes. Most auto parts retailers will measure the thickness of the rotors for you and tell you if they can be turned.
how to change starter on Hyundai scoupe 1993 12 valve
Take it to the dealer... :) Seriously. I had a 1998 elantra, and I believe up until 1999 they used what are called "captive" rotors. Basically meaning you have to disassemble the hub in order to remove the rotor. It's a royal PITA and I would highly recommend it not be attempted without thorough instructions.
it is a long and detailed process, look it up on youtube.

How do I change my air filter on my 2005 Hyundai Elantra?
No, they are not pressed on.
The 1995 Hyundai Elantra EGR valve is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The EGR valve will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
Remove the wheels, calipers, then you have to jar the rotor loose and it should come off on its own. The center bolt is for the hub, not the rotor, so you don't have to take that off. If not, you would have to heat it up to loosen, then hit it again to get it off.
When rotors need to be changed usually the pads have worn down. It is always a good idea to change pads when changing rotors.
its a 10 gallon usually
