Air bag will need to be disabled. Disconnect battery. Use steering wheel puller to pull wheel. Once there, it is a matter of 3 torx screws and a couple of wire connectors. Good luck.

My turn signal switch died on my 92 Grand Prix. Rather than attempting the repair, I took it to a shop. The steering column had to be removed to get to the switch.
