The water pump on a 3.3L is easier to access after removing front passenger side wheel and wheel well cowlings.
First, however, remove serpentine belt by releasing belt tensioner and then drain coolant from system (have pails or other suitable containers and rags ready - it can get quite messy).
Remove pump pulley 4 bolts, remove pulley, remove bolts attaching pump housing to engine and remove pump. Clean "O"ring sealing area. Install new pump.
Replace pulley, install serpentine belt, replace wheel well cowlings and the wheel. Add antifreeze mixture. Ensure that sufficient amount goes into the engine! Sometiomes the air inside the engine needs to be released to allow antifreeze in. Check antifreeze level periodically and add as required.
Buy new Mopar OE pump from the dealer, they last 5 to 10 years. Aftermarket rebuilt pumps only last 1 to 3 years. I changed three of them until I learned this.
