The following is for the Mark 1 CR-V of 1997 to around 2000... (1) Lift the bonnet (2) Twist repeatedly the plastic water pipe until it comes off (3) Push the nozzle upwards from under the bonnet - it is held by a spring clip (4) Fix it yourself or take it to a Honda dealer and order a new one ... cost in the UK is 13 pounds. Note that there is a different part number for each side but the parts are identical, so you can swap them over until you get a new one.
