If oil is seeping from between the head and the plug, where the plug screws in, it is likely that you cross threaded it when putting it in. This is a permanent damage to the metal of the head - the threading that the screw uses. Some repairs are installing a "heeler coil", which is known to have limited success in this high compression area, or having the head redrilled and re tapped for a new thread, which poses additional concerns about getting a spark plug that can fit the new size. A replacment head mat be called for.
