Very carefully. And in accordance with all the National Electrical Codes, as well as within the requirements set forth in all the building codes of the location where the spa is situated. Wiring a spa is generally not a job for a homeowner, or even for a lot of handymen. Failure to wire anything correctly can lead to a fire. Fires damage property. And they kill people. The operative word is liability. Whoever does this kind of work (electrical wiring) for money has (or should have) liability insurance. And these practitioners have a good deal of knowledge, skill and experience specific to the task at hand. Just as an aside, a lot of spa companies install the units, but subcontract the electrical to avoid liability or the extra costs of having an in-house electrician. If you're sincere and have a fundamental knowledge of house wiring, a place to start might be a book on house wiring. We still have libraries. And there are a lot of really good new and used book stores, many of which can be accessed online, just like the sites that sell just about anything (ebay.com) and the big commercial sites (Amazon.com). If no lights come on when looking at reference materials that cover wiring, that's probably a good place to stop and call a professional. Most of them give free estimates. Ask around for the name of a good handyman or home electrical contractor or shop on the web for pros in your area. Lastly, if I cut myself, I wash the cut and put on a band aid. If I break my leg, I go to the doctor (or emergency room physician) for treatment. Never sell the skilled professional short. They are experts. What is the price of peace of mind? Be smart. Be safe. Best of luck.

How can you install 240V for a hut spa from a fuse box?

(not sure what a hut spa is, but I'll assume an outdoor hot tub?) Yes and no. You must have an "in sight" disconnect for the spa/hot tub (among other safety rules). You can run the wire for the outdoor disconnect from the fuse box.

Don't!

Can you run a 240V 30A spa on the same 240V line as the air condenser and an electrician said it's ok if he upgrades the fuse?

I would recommend a separate 220V line with ground default capabilities because the spa has water in it. This is safer and most professional installations include a single separate line. A spa will draw more amperage because of the heating element (if electric heat).

How do you hook up a 3 wire water herter to 4 wire circut?

4 wire household wiring is black, red, (hot wires) white (neutral) and bare or green (ground wire). You say 3 wires. Is it 120v or 240v. If its 240v which is more common just use the two hots and the ground and cap off the neutral wire.

Why don't you need a white wire when wiring a 240v a c unit?

White wire is usually used as a neutral conductor and a 240v ac unit has no neutral. Each leg of the 240 volts is a "hot" leg However, very often a 12/2 or 14/2 NM cable is used to power small window ac units using 240v. In this case one of the conductors is white, but is not a neutral. It is good practice to mark the white wire with black tape so it is readily identified as a hot wire.
