put the belt back on and hold the pully with your hand while losing the bolts with a wrinch
there should be 3 or 4 bolts that hold pulley on, just remove these bolts a pulley should come off. but remove belt first ! if pulley keeps turning while removing bolts. you can hold it stationary with a scredriver or similar.
If you are just removing the pulley, Then just remove the bolts that hold it on being sure to remove the bolt that is in the middle of the pulley too. Then take a hammer and knock it off.
remove the radiator by removing the two support bolts up top it may have a plastic cover over these bolts discharge the a/c system remove the bolts holding the a/c lines on and remove the condenser
Easy one.Warm engine to full operating temperature.Loosen, slightly 4 bolts from water pump pulley (smooth at the top, towards the fron of the car).Remove serpentine belt.Remove 4 pulley bolts.Drain radiator.Remove 5 water pump bolts and thoroughly clean any old gasket.Reverse procedure to install.
You have to remove the pulley first and you need a power steering pulley puller to do it. You can get one from Napa for usually about $40. There are bolts behind the pulley that hold the pump to the mounting bracket.

Loosen, then remove the belt. Shine a light through one of the holes in the PS pulley and turn it slowly. You will see three bolts through the holes. Use a 13mm socket and a swivel to unscrew and remove these bolts. Lift the pump out of position and remove the hoses. Use a Power Steering Pulley Puller to remove the pulley. This puller grips the pulley by its center hub. Any other type of puller will destroy the pulley and then you will need a new pulley.
Locate the bolts at the base of the seats and unbolt them. You'll have to disconnect any electrical connections if you have power seats.
Here is the procedure to do the job. 1 - Drain the cooling system until the coolant is below the level of the water pump. 2 - Remove the guard for the drive belt. 3 - Loosen the bolts for the water pump pulley (do not remove them yet). 4 - Remove the drive belt. 5 - Remove the bolts for the water pump pulley. 6 - Remove the water pump pulley. 7 - Remove the bolts for the water pump. 8 - Remove the water pump. 9 - Remove the water pump gasket. 10 - Clean the water pump mating surfaces. Reverse the procedure to install the new pump, making sure you use a new gasket. Refill the cooling system & check for leaks.
