Clutches can't be fixed. They are only replaced. if you have a hydrolic system it may be just a case of bleeding though clutch problems usually call for new parts, plates or linings etc. talk to a profesional

unbolt tranny from engine clutch is between them
you need to bleed your clutch fluid
pump the clutch pedal several times it should fix your problem

Your clutch cable snapped. It should be an easy fix.
You remove it and change the clutch packs.
if there is a clutch adjustment on car, adjust the clutch if no adjustment, you will shortly need to replace the clutch
