i think there's a recall
I have the same issue on my 2001 Honda Civic , Honda just Quoted me 256.00 for a new seatbelt and 50.00 For labour. The mechanic Told me its the only way to fix the issue. whether that's true or not , i don't know! but hope this helps some. Cheers
To fix a ratio on a 2000 Honda Civic transmission, follow the procedure stipulated in the users manual.
You will need to change the brakes and rotors on the Honda Civic to see if that fixes them. If not, take the car to a mechanic and have them fix the problem.
The seat belt's are guranteed for life. Take to dealer and they will repair for free.

Honda patented vehicle safety systems all have lifetime warranties on their seat belt systems. If damaged through wear and tear the seat belt systems will be replaced with new units, for free or the costs of a diagnostics test at a Honda authorized dealership.

You don't fix it, you just replace it. After replacing it get an alinement.
Replace the fuse.
The only thing you can do to them is change them.
Take it to the dealer. The seatbelts and all related componets are a special warranty for the life of the car no matter how old or how many miles.
