They make it very difficult to disable these alarms, and for good reason. Wearing a seat belt is the law, and it's safe. I'd highly recommend it. for further details, contact your Toyota dealer.
SAE 5w20 any major brand.
By putting on your seatbelt
THIS DID NOT WORK ON MY 2007 CAMRY..ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS??
Buckle your seatbelt. Now if the alarm is on even after buckling up, take it to the dealer as it is still under warranty. If you just want to be stupid and not wear your seatbelt, I will not help you.
its most likely a factory defect. a 2007 Toyota camary should not be leaking oil . and for the most part it should not be shaking
Wear your seatbelt and the alarm will go off. If it will not go off when you hook the belt up, take it back to the dealer for repair. It is still under warranty.
Your best bet is to take a tennis ball or rubber raquet ball and throw it at one of the windows. It wont damage the car, but the vibration should set off the alarm.
The dealer can disable the passenger side only chime (Canada). Done through the computer set up. Don't try to disconnect wires at the seat belt itself; they are interconnected to the passenger air bag using magnetic switches.
Buckel your seatbelt and it will go off. If it is not going off with your seatbelt buckled, then take it to the dealer for repair.
No, it will not.
you probably shouldnt
There are two wires under the seat responsible for the seat belt alarm. You can play with them to disable. If during the state inspection they will find out that you disconnect it again they will make you to connect it again you will not pass the inspection.
