change out your ecm change out your ecm had the same problem Why would you change out the rotor cap and distributor if you're not getting a spark?... these only hold a spark, they don't create one. Spark plugs and wires first...cheapest and is more than likely the reason it's not sparking at all. If this is not the problem move up to the ignition system finally ending with the ignition electrical wiring itself(worse case) if all else fails... Or you can just pay someone else to figure it out for you since we are not physically there to test it.
Rotation.

Corroded battery cables. Other than that you probably need to remove the starter and have it tested.
Well it gets deeper,if you are a man your voice gets deeper if you are a woman your singing voice get a tab bit lower no much but a little.Do not worry you are not turnning into a monster.!!
The o2 sensor would not have any bering on your symptoms. But, you changed the starter and battery. Then this is what to look for now...Battery terminals loose, transmission not fully in park/clutch not fully depressed, Broken, loose or disconnected wiring in the starting circuit, ignition switch faulty, defective fusible link. If the lights are coming on I would think the connection to the battery is good. You must be sure the starter connection is tight and connected to the correct post(there are two post) BE POSITIVE THAT THE LITTLE WIRE IS CONNECTED!!!THAT WIRE GOES TO THE KEY HOLE!!! It is very easy to forget that little one...
Sounds like a problem with the Passkey antitheft system. You'll have to get a shop manual to troubleshoot it. http://free-auto-repair-advice.blogspot.com/2007/11/finding-repair-information-you-need-at.html
