well the best way is to eat a light meal plus healthy snacks every day. and you can go to a local gym or jog around the block. but again your body is still growing just give it time. good luck i hope you can lose the weight you want!! The faster you lose weight the more likely you are to gain it all back. If you want long-lasting weight loss you can only get that by making long-lasting changes in the way that you eat and view food. Go for healthy eating, the rest will take care of itself.

Starving yourself for one week is not a good way to lose weight. Starving yourself causes your body to go into starvation mode. During this time your body will store fat and you will not lose weight.

if you starve yourself for a week you lose from 4-5 pounds depending on your metabalism but i wouldn't recomend starving yourself after time it is no longer efective as your body stores fat when it realises you're not eating i would try the special k diet it is very effective and more safe than starving yourself

Each body and person is different, as is how long it would take to lose 60 pounds by starving yourself. However, this should never be used as a weight loss method. It is unhealthy, and diet and exercise are much better options.

starving yourself ISNT the answer, infact, if you do,you could gain up to 30 pounds. Exersize and diet, watch what you eat. it's the best way.

no, as long as you're healthy, exercise and not starving yourself, you're fine :)

you Should NOT be trying this you are at an average weight Be happy with the person you are! don't be stupid be happy with your self.... Dont worry be happy! You may lose 2 pounds, but then your body will hold onto the rest and anything you eat after you are done starving yourself will go righ

No that's not good and why are you starving yourself. That is so bad for your health. You are going to regret it when you get older. Do you want to die young?

cut out all carbohydtates except first thing in the morning and lose 5lbs close to 1 week

Don't. You should consider seeking help if you are or are considering doing those behaviors. Besides helping you avoid such behaviors, professionals can help you develop an appropriate, healthy plan to reach and maintain a normal weight.

I'm 13 and in February I weighed 156 pounds. I was trying to lose some weight for Spring Break, I managed to lose 30 pounds. However, I don't recommend "starving" yourself as it is very dangerous and can sometimes lead to major health concerns.

Its never a good ider to starve yourself!!! you are at a normal weight for your age and if you are still worryed take part in a sport like soccer or tennis,

This can be normal. Although u don't want to be too underweight because of starving yourself or somethin.

exercise 50x times more and eat the same way. run a mile everyday.

around 21 pounds, but then your body will have gone into starvation mode and you will gain the weight right back and then some.

Starving yourself to lose weight is never a good idea. That is a sign of the dangerous and potentially deadly eating disorder known as anorexia nervosa. Starving will also lead to almost-immediate weight gain as soon as you return to normal eating again. Instead, proper dieting and exercise is always the best way to lose weight and to keep the weight off.

You can loose weight faster by eating little amounts of food in moderation instead of starving your self. Starving yourself will cause the body to go into starvation mode and very slowly eat away at muscle not allowing you to loose weight fast just muscle. In about four days of starving yourself i would say up to about 5-6 pounds, If you eat once in the morning and once in the afternoon id say up to 8 pounds, the more smaller meals you eat through out the day the better chance you have at loosing weight

Yes, you can easily lose three pounds by starving. However, there are much easier ways to lose three pounds. Try cardio exercise every other day and you will soon burn off those three pounds.

If you want to lose weight, starving is NOT the way to do it. By all means, cut down on the number of fatty and sugary foods you are eating, but starving yourself will only harm your body and will not have any lasting effect on your weight. The best way to lose weight is through various diets and getting plenty of exercise.

None. Starving yourself is the worst possible way to lose weight, and can lead to eating disorders. If anything, in order to lose weight you need to eat more and exerciseproperly.

The fastest way to lose pounds in a month is to restrict your calories and exercise as much as possible.

Starving yourself is never the way to go to lose weight. It can lead to serious problems like eating disorders. The best way to lose weight is to watch your food proportions, eat healthy, and exercise.

You need to eat at least 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day, if not more, to safely lose weight. 500 a day you are practically starving yourself and being skinny isn't worth starving for.

You shouldn't starve yourself. Ever. This is not a game or some fad diet or something. Starving yourself leads to organ dysfunctions, organ shut downs, and death. Starvation (anorexia) is a disease. Don't starve, just alter your eating habits to eat healthy, proportional meals and exerciseregularly. Take it from someone already on the path, don't starve yourself.

it depends on your metabolism, just remember when you start to eat again you will gain twice the weight back you lost, so diet the right way eat healthy and exercise!!

? well starving yourself doesnt work dont .eating at all will stop you from losing weight only casuing you to overeat.eat less excerceses more alot more n youll see a change -------- it takes 10 days, losing 2lbs a day.
