I'm 13 too and I lost some of my weight just by watching what I ate.. and walking to school, biking and jumping on my trampoline... Don't try so hard. Make it fun. When its fun you don't realize your losing pounds. It might be good to make a workout routine for the week though. Oh and your not supposed to work out everyday.. Maybe like Monday to Friday or something.. Just keep your goal and be strong. :) Good luck.
