All meats are a good source of protein. However some have less fat than others (which is good since most meat fat is saturated). Look for lean mince, steak, chicken white meat, and venison (particularly high in protein and low fat). White fish is also good. Processed meats usually have a lot of salt in, so ingesting them as a main source of protein is not a great idea.
