First of all, numbness in the legs is a symptom of a problem. It could be anything from poor posture restricting the blood flow, to vitamin deficiency, blood clot, multiple sclerosis, tumor and many other things. You need to go see your physician. Do not rely on advice form others, especially from the internet.
I've had a non painful numbness for about a week around my right knee and down into my calf, mostly in the front of calf. Any clue?
