Unplug the distributor plugs. There should be two of them, you have to pull the "lever" and slide it out with some force. It helps to have a second set of hands.
Remove it with a 14mm socket, there will be 3 bolts.
Install the new one by aligning the piece that spins onto the camshaft on the head. If it doesnt go in, turn it 180 degrees and try it again.
Shoot the timing then tighten the 14mm bolts.
Plug up the connectors.
Why do you want to put an OBD0 distributor in a OBD1 motor?
