Could be: Bad resistor Bad low speed relay Bad switch One winding in blower motor bad (has 2) Replace the blower motor resistor -$15 part - located under passenger side on heater core - takes 10 minutes DIY - or pay a mechanic $150, your choice.

Blower resistor. I have an 04 that does the same thing. Bad connection between the resistor and the plug for me. Big topic though for durango those resistors.

Its your Blower resistor! Its located on the passenger side underneath the dash board. I had to change mine in my 02 Durango. It takes about twenty mins and cost about $40.00 buck. You have to buy it at the dealer.
Check the Blower resistor behind the passenger glove box. I had to replace mine this winter.
They're separate blower systems. Have you checked the fuse?
Find where the fluid is coming out and repair/replace it.
