Probably a problem with the Body computer. These things are controlled by that computer.
Another Perspective:Since the computer is the part that most people don't understand, everyone wants to blame ALL vehicle problems on the computer. But before you do that, try checking the ignition switch. The accessory circuit on your ignition switch controls the items that you describe. Understand that the ignition switch is not just an on/off device, but that it controls several circuits at the same time, using different internal contacts.
Try 'wiggling" the keyswitch back and forth a little to see if the items will come back on. Sometimes an overheated keyswitch will become intermittent or fail completely.
Also, if the situation seems permanent, check the "fuse link" and the accessory wire that comes from the battery.
I'd look for the traditional electrical problems before I'd jump into blaming the computer, but there are those who just want to replace everything whenever they encounter a vehicle problem.
Just wanted to give an update. I removed the under side of the dash to check the wiring out. There was a wire coming from the ignition switch with an inline buss fuse. I checked it and it was blown. Once I replaced it everything went back to normal and the power windows and wipers worked and the abs light went off. Thanks for the advice on the ignition switch. I didn't check my email until after I had found the problem. If I had it would have saved me many hours tracking it down.
