something with the AC contact a Lincoln dealer and they can tell you more about what you need to do. you will most likely have to take it to the shop.

There is a trunk release inside the drivers door on the floor
It in on the inside of the frame rail under the drivers floor board area. If it is a 4x4 it will be between the front drive shaft and the frame.
heater core may be leaking or hole in floor
I believe that one is located in the glove compartment. If not check on the floor next to the drivers seat.
Your A/C is probably not level in the window and the water (or condensation) is running inside. To fix it; Level the A/C in the window (or have the outside section angled slightly down) to avoid having a wet floor inside.
sounds like it could be a bad heater core. that usually leaks into the passanger side floor.

should be a breaker inside trunk, drivers side. usually a small door in trunk liner the breaker is actually an inertia switch and is located on the passengerside of the trunk, it is a red button down neer the floor in a little black box.
