While it is correct in that hostilities between Arab militias like the Arab Liberation Army and Holy War Army and Jewish militias like the Haganah and Palmach began before Israel declared Statehood, the remaining Arab nations on the list in the first answer declared war only after Israel declared Statehood. Therefore, by International Law, when their military vehicles crossed unwarranted into the territory accorded Israel by UN Resolution 181, it would be considered an invasion. The Seven Countries listed below were part of this invasion.

Egypt

Syria

Transjordan

Lebanon

Iraq

Saudi Arabia

Yemen

Holy War Army

Arab Liberation Army

Since there are a number of different Arab-Israeli Wars (wars between Israel and its neighbors) and there are different belligerents in each of them. The Arab countries most often involved have been Egypt, Syria, and Jordan. See the Table Below for more information.

Note: Every Arab-Israeli War involves Israel, although in the Persian Gulf War of 1991 Israel did not retaliate when attacked.

Note 2: Palestine can refer to Palestinian Militias, the PLO/Hamas, and the Palestinian Authority.

This list is not exhaustive.

Strictly speaking there was no invasion, since Israel did not yet exist and Palestine, as the entire territory was called, was still a British mandate. However, the British forces left in mid-May, by which time one-third of the Palestinian population has been evicted by Jewish terrorists.
The Palestinian War (May 1948 - January 1949) that followed, resulted in a British arms embargo. Palestine's Arab neighbours, especially Egypt, Jordan and Iraq, sought to assist the Palestinians, but used only British-made ammunition and therefore were of limited effectiveness. During the June armistice, the Arabs did not replenish their arms supplies, because of the arms embargo, but the Jews imported a considerable quantity of heavy arms from the eastern bloc. Israel was invaded. However, it is worth noting that during the Arab-Israeli War of 1948-49, some Israeli divisions crossed into sovereign Egyptian territory (east Sinai) after taking back the Negev Desert in the south of Mandatory Palestine from Egyptian forces. How was Israel invaded by 7 Arab armies?

I am not sure what you are asking. If you mean how did the forces from those Arab armies enter Israel, the answer is simple. All four of the countries that bordered Israel were a subset of the seven invading countries. The tanks literally just crossed the border. If you are asking about how Israel was unable to repel them immediately, the answer is also simple, Israel did not have the manpower to do that.
