I had the same problem. There is a recall on certain Trailblazer tail lamps. As I recall, it has something to do with vibration and/or heat causing the brake light bulb to become loose in the socket. This bad connection can burn the bulb out. GM has updated the part, so if this is your problem it should be covered as a safety recall.
in dash lights
Possibly blown fuse, bad brake light switch, or blown brake light bulbs.
That the lights need fixing maybe?? That the lights need fixing maybe??
fuse If your flasher goes bad, You can still have flashers and no turnsignals. I would change the flasher after checking the fuse. == == If you have an adjustable steering wheel, try adjusting up one click. There is something about the setup that causes a wiring short.
this car may have separate flashers for the turn signals and the emergency flashers
A malfunctioning brake light and flasher relay switch will cause the brake lights and flashers to stop working. The relay switch can be found below the dashboard on the drivers side of the passenger compartment.
It can, if you leave the lights or flashers on too long.
When parts stop working, a diagram can help pinpoint the cause. The diagram for the turn signal lights on this car can be found in its maintenance manual.
signal lights not working.
I am sorry there needs to be more info.on this....are you saying when you have the flashers on and apply the brakes that the hazard lights go out??
There should be six signal lights on the mystique, two front, to rear, and two sidemarker lights.
Try turning the hazard flashers on and off a couple times, see if that starts your signal lights working. If so, replace the hazard switch/module.
