Reasons the fan could be rattling is because it is missing a blade, it could be dirty, or is just getting worn out. The only way to fix it would be to open your computer up and taking a closer look. If it's dirty you can use compressed air to clean it out. If it is broken you can order a replacement fan. Most of the time things that rattle when spinning is because they are out of balance, it could be broken, worn out, or dirty.

This is such a general question and needs to be more specific. However, the most likely culprit could be one of the three lock rods which touch each other. Over time they may start to separate causing a rattle. This happened to my burb and I resorted to taping the rod contact area. Or you could bend them to touch each other with more force.
