A good diet and exercise are good for us because they can help with your health and well being in the following ways:
- Less chance of developing illnesses such as high/low blood pressure, Diabetes, cholesterol, etc.

-Less chance of having constipation or diarrhoea
-Higher self esteem/confidence
-Not feeling groggy, grumpy, lazy, etc.
