don't worry i'm 13 years old and i sill have a tummy when you grow up your hips will widden and flaten your stomache in 2 years or more but that dosen't mean you should stop working out kids need at least 30 to 45 minutes of exercies each day. try walking outside with your parents or with a friend play some sort of sport with your family.stay away from fatty foods and eat healthier instead of juice why not water? remamber were still 13 year olds we shouldn't really worrying about our wieght just have fun and be a fun free kid and don't listen to anyone who says your fat there are many other kids that still have tummys it's called baby fat.
