Try spraying "liquid wrench" type oil and let it soak in for awhile. Try heating with a propane torch for 30 seconds or so, then loosening. Don't do both as oil may catch fire. Lastly, try loosening in the wrong direction. Some calipers have left-handed threads and you may be tightening by accident! Good luck.

it should just lift off.. if not loosen the pressure on the caliper by inserting a screwdriver twen the pad and the caliper wall.. and prise the caliper open. when you have the caliper off.. use a C clamp and a slip off wood or whatever to press the caliper pistons back into the housing.. this will allow room for the new pads and any adjustments.. reseat the caliper and tighten the bolts.. when you press the brake pedal the caliper pistons will reseat themselves and you know this has happened as the pedal will go firm

On the back side of the brake calaper there should be either 2 bolts or 2 torx head bolts. Just loosen them until they come back freely. Don't remove them completely from the caliper. You will be able to remove the caliper now, some times you may need to use a screw driver to loosen it up
