It is very important to perform all exercises with correct form. Otherwise you will likely hurt yourself. I also recommend consulting with the P.E. teacher at your school, who can help you put together a good workout and demonstrate the moves to you. Local YMCAs or a gym can help, too, though that may cost a little money.

If you want a fun and interesting work out routine, I suggest this:

-Jogging (Although stretching,weight lifting, etc. Will build muscle, cardio still works off fat)

-Yoga (Fun and insanely relaxing. I enjoy doing mine on Wii fit. If you don't own a Wii any Yoga DVD will work wonders)

- Dancing (Dancing is a fun interactive way to maintain weight. If you decide to do this dance classes or even Dance Dance Revolution are great ways to maintain health)

- Healthy Diet ( Eating healthy is a number 1 priority if you want to maintain a healthy weight.)

-Warm up/ Cool down Stretches ( Important for not injuring yourself during a workout routine)

Get out and DO something; run, ride a bicycle, play Racquetball, swim... anything that gets the heart pumping and makes it a LITTLE difficult to talk. Heavy breathing associated with exercise is a GOOD thing.
