Group work practice is a social work method practiced by trained professionnel social workers. It is used to help people change behavior, make their self diagnostic and look for answers and solutions to their difficulties in a group setting which enhances feedback, reflection, exchange of ideas, a sence of security, solidarity, and dedramatisation of thir problems because they are not alone in having them and in looking for solutions. I could go on for a long time, but I was hoping to find out what other think and practice in this area of social work !
