Could be as simple as a good tune up.
to the right of the gas peddal
Where is abs fuse at
If your meaning the kick peddal on tyhe bass drum then all you have to do is put your foot on the peddal and push down
you press the handle beside the brake peddal and there it is done
wen stepping on the peddal it show that it sukin alot of fuel Because it doesn't know the words to the song.
the most common reason is the switch that mounts to the brake peddal is malfunctioning. somecars and truckshave this switch mounted on the mastercylinder. it is difficult to get to and see on some cars and trucks it is under the dash mounted to the brake peddal. some are simple good luck
your acceleration peddal is jammed take it to a local mechanic and it should cost about 500 at the most at the least 100
under the dash to the left of the break peddal around where the hoodlatch cable is on the side almost in the corner should be the fuse box
1: have someone pump the brakes while vehicle is running and in park, then hold the peddal down and open the bleeder screw until no air comes out.. this may need to be done a few times.. 2: use a vaccum pump and apply over the bleeder screw, pump the air out and tighten the screw, being careful not to let in any air...

I answered myself after reviewing the whole car. After a new MAFsensor I double checked the vaccum lines and some were cracked. I also change the PCV valve and the car in running like new. This also has helped with the the car jerking once you take the peddal and accelerate it again. I have learned by spending lots of money. So take advise and don't spend as much as I did. GREAT car n fun!
Have the same problem. 1999 ford escort. When at dead stop, sometimes, when peddal is pressed to go, car dies. Also , lately, chokes and dies at startup. Seems to be when its hot, .....I live in Hawaii. If you found the solution, radio it to me. Thanks, its been hard to find a similar problem
