Suck it out with a long turkey baster, then try to wipe out the inside with a large rag, now you can add the proper fluid to fill line.

You will want to fill it so the fluid level is between the min. (minimum) line and the max. (maximum) lines embossed on the side of the power steering fluid reseviour. Clean and replace the reseviour cap, turning it clockwise firmly, by hand until it stops. This instruction is the same for all Chevy Aveos, 2004-2011.
