I Just replaced the front brake pads on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. I also ran into an issue with removing the bolts that hold the calipers on. None of the Allen wrenches I had seemed to fit.
According to the guys at the auto parts store, the factory calipers are supposed to be bolted on using a T40 Torx but, they are not.
I went to the dodge dealer and spoke to a mechanic. The bolts are actually 7mm hex. I went and bought a 7mm hex driver and it fit perfectly.
You will also need to pop of the metal bracket that holds the caliper in place on the front of the roter.
Remove brake caliper then caliper mounting frame, held to knuckle by 2 bolts lower down.

I believe that caliper is held with 10mm bolts. Remove caliper, then caliper mounting frame, then rotor will come off.
