Possibly worn CVC joint, loose wheel bearing or wheel. Have this looked at ASAP.

On your controller press start and it should say some where about vibration and u can just turn it off
turn it off vibration by pressing the side buttons.
You will have to turn off your vibration on the controller in the game options. You cannot turn it off in any system settings.
If you're taking about a system, you need to make the parts and joints of it work together more finely. In other words, you turn up the frequency of the vibration.
as long as its a dualshock controller then turn on vibration in the game menu if the feature is available.

Turn the filter buy hand, then one quarter turn with the oil filter wrench. That's plenty. Make sure you put some new oil on the rubber gasket with your finger before screwing it on.

Brakes should not activate. In four wheel drive mode there is a possibility of some wheel hop or binding if you hit some dry spots while in a tight parking maneuver.
