It is located on the passenger side firewall below one of the heater hoses. It is a 90 degree elbow and looks like was kind of like a fat bulb with a nozzle on the bottom of it on my car. Pull it off and make sure it is not clogged. If it was clogged you have a puddle of water under your car now. To clean out the tube stick a plastic zip tie into the hole in the firewall where you took the elbow from and up the tube. Move it all around to get any gunk out. If it

Bad ignition switch.... took me forever and lots of money to find. Replace it and the fan will be fixed.
Search for a drain petcock along the lower edge of the radiator tanks. Loosen the valve with a pliers, but DO NOT OVERTIGHETEN IT. Not all radiators have one. If you can't find one, then you will have to remove the lower radiator hose which will drain most of the coolant from the engine block too.
a starter on a grand prix is behind the engine which mean you must go under and find it. once under it will be very notice able.
on the top, driver side of the engine. find the hose coming off the radiator and follow it to the engine. it is right where the hose connects.

Find replacement rocker panels, specifically for a 97-03 Grand Prix, cut-out the old and weld on the new, then paint and u should be good to go........keep in mind that i would be alot less expensie if you order the replacements online Good Luck !
