it doesn't
The OBD II plug in the 2002 Subaru Outback is somewhere in the dashboard. The user manual has the exact details of where it is located.
its nowhere to be found obd II didnt start until 1996
the OBD II plug should be under the steering wheel area at the bottom of the Dash.
Hello, Most vehicles started with obd II around 1996. Your obd I plug is usually found near the bottom of the steering column or near the emergency brake pedal or behind the driver's side kick panel. Good luck ....... your plug is on the inner fender wall it is not a standard obd II plug but i have used a scanner on mine you may need an adapter
the OBD 2 plug is located on the drivers side of the car should be screwed on the bottom of the dash
96 and up for obd2
not all 1995 vehicle's have OBD II, since OBD II is meant for all 1996 + vehicles. But check the emission decal under your hood, at the top tip. Though If you are lucky enough to be OBD II compliant, all OBD II senors are inside the vehicle under the dash (steering wheel).

Yes, it is under the driver side of the dash.
If by "OBD" you mean on-board diagnostics (i.e., OBD II), the vehicle you describe probably does not have OBD II. OBD II became mandatory starting in 1996. If it does have OBD II, the location of the connector varies in Hondas. It might be near the hood release lever, or under the steering column, or even near the gear shift lever.
The 2000 Acura TL OBD 2 port is above shifter
