There are 2 sensors. The main one is located in the exhaust manifold (facing you as you look at the engine from the front of the car). The secondary sensor is located behind the catalytic convertor, which is under the car, approximately beneath the front passenger seat. On some cars, somewhere around 1999, Toyota started using an air/fuel sensor instead of an oxygen sensor in at least one of these locations, so you need to be sure which one you have before replacing. They are not interchangeable.

The 2003 Toyota Tacoma 3.4 liter engine IAT sensor can be found on the left-hand side of the transmission. The sensor will be where the transmission meets the back of the engine.

The automatic transmission oil temperature sensor on a 1992 Toyota Land Cruiser is in the engine compartment. it is near the inlet/outlet tubes.
The Knock sesor is located on the backside of the block right underneath intake manifold.
If memory serves me correctly the speedometer is driven by a gear which is on the transmission, looking down from the top of the engine (below the airbox) should be a 2 wire sensor which is screwed into the transmission case.

Your transmission doesn't have an 02 sensor. The o2 sensor monitors engine exhaust to control engine performance. But, dirty transmission fluid is a problem and should be changed before it cause a major and very expensive transmission failure.
