There is not an actual 'switch'. The fuel pump is controlled by the PCM (engine computer) and will shut it off if the engine stops running.

Assuming the car is in a serious wreck and the engine is damaged and stalls, the fuel pump will shut off after a few seconds.

Ford and old Jags are the only vehicles I know of with an actual 'impact' switch.
