I've done this in 2 camaro's '88 5.0L and an '86 2.8L, both in the same spot= right in front of the rear drivers side tire. its under the body and goes parralel to the axles.
The fuel filter is an inline type. It is under the body, under the rear seat on the drivers side.
The is not an inline fuse, there is one in the fuse panel under the right lower side of the dash.
No

Leaking fuel injectors?
There is no such thing.
No. The ECM not only actuates the fuel pump, but also adjusts the rate at which it pumps fuel.
