The 1995 Nissan Pathfinder IAT sensor can be found in the air intake hose. The IAT sensor will be between the air filter box and the top of the engine.
everyone one is telling me it is located under the intake or intake manifold, and that if must be removed..
The knock sensor for most Nissan V6 engines is located directly under the intake manifold. So to replace it, you have to remove the intake manifold. Good Luck.

The IAT intake air temperature sensor plug on a 93 Nissan is on the intake pipe. The EGR sensor is located on the intake manifold.
The intake air temperature sensor is built into the MAF sensor on a 1991 Nissan pickup. It is between the air box and the throttle body.
air intake sensor or air flow meter which measures the mass flow rate of intake air is located on the air cleaner assembly where the black intake hose connects to the box
On an '87 it screws into the block right beside the thermostat and apparently requires a special Socket (Alltrade 648830 Nissan Coolant Temp. Sensor Socket)
behind the thermostat housing
installed on the air cleaner
it will be on the intake manifold.
In that context, "MAP" stands for "Manifold Air Pressure". The sensor is detecting the pressure of the intake air and it's usually on the air cleaner, the manifold or the throttle body.
