The Jack is located underneath the rear bench seat on the drivers side. Open the rear side drivers door, and find the strap that removed the cusion, you will find the jack underneathe
The tire jack is located under the back passenger seat. There should be something to pull the seat up with.
Owner's manual. the jacks on all 4runner of this style are under the rear seats. just pull on the lock straps located at the folds of the seat and pull up and out and find the jack for your 4runner.

Hi, I had a 1993 Toyota Celica GTS, and the jack was located in the trunk, on the passenger side, there should be a small door that you must open. To get the jack out you must unscrew or lower the jack to loosen it from the bracket. I suspect, it has a scissor type jack, so just unscrew the mechanism/lower the jack to break it away from it's slot... Good luck, ron
