The Oil Sender is located at the base of the distributor. Usualy pointing in a direction towards the firewall. You've got to look at it when you remove it, and look to see if it has one or two pins to connect to the wire harness. I bought both of the senders from the local parts store, and returned the one that I didn't use. You DO NOT want to run the engine while the sender is removed. Use Teflon tape to seal the threads of the new sender before you re-install it. Fixed the problem that i had with an eratic guage, and it was an easy fix too. Good Luck.
