i dont think 4runners have a reset button. the tires have sensors in them that tell a computer how much pressure there is. make sure all the tires have 32psi (including the spare, it has a sensor too) and the light should turn itself off. there is a service bulletin on vehicles with this system. in very cold weather, the pressure needs to be higher than 32psi. take it to the dealer if you have a 2003 or newer 4 runner if youd like details on adjusting pressure for colder weather.
The tire reset button is to reset your tires.

If you mean the light it should reset itself while driving
Insert the ignition key, and turn it to the ACC (accessory) position. Turn off the radio. Press the display button until Oil Life shows on the radio display. Press the seek button until Tire Pressure Monitor displays. Press the 2nd preset/#2 button. Press the display button again. The tire pressure monitor should now be reset.
I found a reset button under the dash board. You may want to look there first.
on the drivers side there is a fuse panel on the dash. there you need to press the reset button once and then your change oil light will blink. then you want to press it again and the low tire pressure light will blink hold the reset button until it beeps and then let go and then press the reset button again and the light should disappear. There is a reset button underneath the dash just right of the hood latch. Pressing and holding will turn it off. Then let go of button and press it again and tire pressure light will flash 3 times and then reset.

There is a button under the steering wheel press it in for about 5 seconds and the light will go out. Then your tire pressure is low it will light again check your tire pressure inflate then push the button again.
