Try on the Injection Rail
This is an easy bolt-on part. If you really can't see how to do it, get a manual for the car.
Check the ignition coil or the "pick up" located inside the distributor
MPI relay is behind the radio.

It's under the hood.Lift ur hood, stand at the front of the passanger side and look straight down.It has a ball shaped top..unlike a curl or loop..so,many people can't tell that it's a dip stick.

It can only be a starter in hacked or unofficial games so there you go -Colt
Unfortunately, I can only tell you where the relay is located on a 1990 1.5 Plymouth colt hatchback. Perhaps they are the same. As far as I know the relay that controls the fuel pump is in something the manual calls a MPI Control Relay (Multi-Point Injection). This relay seems to handle a couple of different things and I believe it is located almost directly behind the ash tray, below the radio, etc. On my car, if you take out the ash trash you can see a small golden can directly behind it, held in with one screw. That's the relay. that's not the fuel pump relay. that is the fuel injection relay.
