The best cardio workout for women would be either HIIT cardio or Strategic cardio.

They both will help you to burn the excess fat you have as fuel which will help you lose weight if you are eating properly.

HIIT -(high intensity interval training) is great because they are short workouts that can be done in as little as 30 mins and need to be done only 2 times per week.

Strategic cardio is a combo of regular cardio mixed with HIIT. You do your warm up, then the 10-15 HIIT workout followed by another 15-30 minutes of steady state cardio.

By far these two forms of cardio are the best cardio workouts for women.
