The word comes from the Roman 'fasces' (a bundle of sticks). It was first used by the Fascio di Combattimento in Italy in 1919. The Term means a political ideology in which the individual less important than the needs of the state. The stae is led by a strong leader who embodies the the will of the bnation. This regime is totalitarian, with misleading Propaganda and a lot of violence.
