Could be carb problems. The cylinder is getting to much fuel and it is going past the ring into the crank case. Try rebuilding your carb, could be out of time : check to make sure the engine is timed properly.

generally when you have fuel in your crankcase it is due to dirt in the needle and seat of the carb allowing fuel to continue to flow through the needle and seat past the valves and into the cylinder. try cleaning the carb and possibly putting in a kit
F350 is a Ford. Why is fuel getting into the crankcase? Dead cylinder and it is running past the rings. If that's not your question, rephrase it and ask again.
are you getting fuel past the fuel filter. do you have spark at the spark plugs

There is no crank sensor on a 1986 camaro z28.. that sensor is in the camaros past 1988 i believe.. but the 1986 carb or fuel injection (tpi) does not have one
