usually it is due to the timing belt being loose and/or other things wrong with the timing belt. It could also be the Transmission Fluid if the car shifts oddly and if there is a leaking issue inside or outside of the vehicle. If this is the case, replace the fluid and filter IMMEDIATELY!!!

Shocks have gone bad ( dried out seals ) or spring shackles loose. have someone bounce the rear of the car while you look under to narrow down the source of the squeak.

Can you give more detail? Is it squeak, squeak, squeak or squeeeeeeek? I'm assuming that it only occurs when the car is moving. Does putting the brakes on make it change? --Ken It does make squeeeeek sound when car is moving and putting brakes on does change it.
There is a loud squeak noise and it is hard to turn your car.
Brake pads may be worn down to the brake "squealers".
Usually the accessory drive belt is faulty
