Why does my Ford Probe GT have problems starting in the cold it will turn over but it just won't start?

I have a 99 eclipse that did that 2 years ago, My solution was a battery with more cold cranking amps, New plus 4s spark plugs and getting my fuel system cleaned out. also might want to have your alternator tested. Starter as well. use quality gas to minimize water freezage .........
I have a 95 Ford Probe gt, and believe it or not I had the same issue because my thermostat was busted. It's most common when your car doesn't have or doesn't have a properly working thermostat the vehicle will not start period in the harsh cold. I hope this helps, I wish you luck. . .
