difficult creature you've got... I hope you have a manual, because if your planning on keeping it, you'll need one. Ok.. Vacuum leak Bad Timing if it's missing check all ignition components try a new fuel filter check the fuel pressure(too high or too low) good luck d
The underhood label on mine says 0 degrees for both manual and auto trans. I just set mine to 0, but it doesn't seem to be running right. I've heard there's a timing wire that needs to be unplugged before checking the timing. If anyone knows what that is, it would help us both out. If your motor has the hei with the external coil, you remove the four pin connector on the dist. leave the other one connected. This shuts off the est and you should be able to time the motor.
Check for vac. leaks, possibly the vac hose on the cruise switch at the brake pedal.
All cameras are equipped with a "Shutter Button", this button opens the shutter release light onto the image canvas, then automatically shuts the shutter. Then you have a picture.
Because of the distance and that there is no solid surface to land on.
Partially clogged fuel filter or weak fuel pump. Replace the fuel filter.
no just the motor shuts down
May be partial blockage in fuel line.
well that means that your car just BLOWS
YOU WILL HAVE TO INCREASE THE IDLE RPM.
Replace blower motor it's burned up.
Bad torque converter, replace and rebuild trans.
It sends a signal though one of you motors kill/stop switches and shuts the motor off.
motor shuts off when put in gear sometimes
Not sure why you are describing the shut down as being power factor related. If it shuts down after a short period I would expect that the motor has a thermal protection cutoff and the shut down is being caused by a bearing over heating.
It may be heating up too much. There is a sensor that shuts down the motor when it gets too hot to keep from damaging the motor.
Two possible issues The motor may be bad and the control shuts down when it is turned up to protect the control The control is bad
The compressor may have locked up, do you hear a squeal before the engine shuts down?
